We are excited to partner with you in your child’s education. At Oaks Academy, we take our role in both the educational and spiritual development of your children very seriously. Please take your time to fill out this application thoroughly and provide as much information as possible.

After submitting your application form, we will send you an electronic invoice of $75. If the grade is at capacity, you will receive an email that your student is on the waitlist.

Once we’ve reviewed your application and received your application fee, we will reach out to schedule a family interview.
